In the last couple years since I came to The Netherlands life has been crazy! Came here with a dream and a relentless energy to achieve it. Today is the start of my new company! Made it through! 30 day abs challenge is completed and oh boy did I crush it! In the end it got really difficult but a bit of prework-out saved the day. Love the result! Now I have to just keep going 💪 Consistency is key. Love ya! <3 #gym #bodybuilding
